Kensuke Okabayashi is a professional illustrator and author with ten years in publishing, entertainment and medical industries using digital and traditional media. Storyboard clients include Diesel Clothing, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Wendy's, Absolute Vodka, All Nippon Airlines, Camel, Kool, Atari, All State and The Discovery Channel. Toy and gaming clients include Takara Toys USA, Skyzone Entertainment and Magic the Gathering (Wizards of the Coast). Book/magazine illustration credits include Kensington Books, Carl Fischer Music and MR Magazine. His first major publication, Manga for Dummies (Wiley & Sons 2007), has been translated into German and French for international distribution. Okabayashi is also the writer and illustrator of his second Wiley & Sons publication, Figure Drawing for Dummies (2008). His recent graphic novel, Five Dysfunctions of a Leadership is based off of New York Times Best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni (recently translated into German, Portuguese and Bahasa). Kensuke is currently finishing the artwork for his third Dummies Series, Drawing for Dummies Second Edition.
